We did something dumb tonight and due to a bug in some of the code that manages our preferences for our millions of users, some networks noticed that domains were being blocked that shouldn’t have been. It took us too long to figure it out because we couldn’t recreate the bug and only a small group of users were being affected. We are very sorry for any inconvenience we created. As always, we will try to evaluate what went wrong and determine new policies and procedures to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
