From approximately 12:30:00 UTC to 18:16 UTC we experienced some issues updating network preferences. If a change was made to any of your services for a network, you may have notice the change not take affect immediately. This issue is resolved and updates are being applied at the normal interval. No DNS resolution impact was experienced as a result of this.
