New York – Re-routed – resolved

At 21:38 UTC we were alerted to degradation affecting a carrier servicing our New York and London datacenters. To prevent these issues from affecting our users we’ve disabled our connections with them at both affected locations while the carrier performs repairs. Users will automatically be re-routed to the next nearest OpenDNS datacenter.
Resolved: We’ve received confirmation from the carrier that all repairs have been completed. After testing the circuits’ stability we’ve returned them to service.
